60 Day Challenge

At YO BK, we encourage students to participate in a 60 day challenge. This consists of taking 60 classes in 60 days. Yoga and Pilates are challenging but we maintain that the most difficult part of the practice is showing up. By doing one class per day for 60 days, you integrate exercise into your daily routine and make it an indispensable part of your life. During the Challenge, you will gain strength, flexibility and mental focus. You might lose weight, improve eating and sleep better. One thing’s for sure: you will change your life and look and feel better than ever!

Once you decide to accept the Challenge, let us know. We’ll give you a Challenge card to track your classes. Our teachers, staff and other students will encourage you along the way. When you complete the Challenge, you will be invited to sign our “Challenge Wall” in the yoga room. We keep a permanent record of students who have completed this Challenge.

The rules
- 60 classes in 60 days straight, can be yoga or pilates
- You must be in good medical standing to participate
- Keep it legit: the goal is one class per day, no more than 8 doubles
